Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport

Arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be welcomed by our tour guide, will be holding a poster with your name who will transfer you to Arusha (45-60 minutes). The guide will transfer you to Kili Villa Lemala-HB in Arusha city one of the fascinating touristic towns in Tanzania. Depending on the time of arrival one can explore the town by the help of a local guide.

The Arusha Town is known as the safari capital of the world but it is often overlooked in favor of its more glamorous, better known neighbors – Serengeti, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater. But Arusha has a wealth of experiences to offer from safaris in Arusha National Park, to breathtaking hiking on Mount Meru, Cultural tours, Tanzanite and more..

Day 2: Horse Riding along the plains of Mt. Meru

After breakfast in the hotel, you will be heading for horse riding. to explore the remote African bush from the back of a horse, by foot, combined with visits to the many unexplored areas of Tanzania, away from the crowded destinations and running engines. The area lies at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, offering an ideal climate for horses and riding. The stables have a magnificent view of Mount Meru, with Mount Kilimanjaro emerging itself in the North on a clear day. Day rides takes place from the stables around dolly estate and Kiligolf, while on a mobile safari the horses are trucked to the location. Dinner and Overnight at Kili Villa Lemala- FB

Day 3: Ndutu Plains

After a refreshing breakfast you will depart to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight straight to Seronera Airstrip where you will meet with our driver guide who will happily and energetically drive you through the Serengeti plains for an ongoing game drive as you head into the Ndutu plains. The Ndutu plains is a seasonal location tucked between the NCAA and Serengeti which allows off-road game drives. Arriving at the camp you will have a short briefing, meet the horses and even try to ride them before Dinner and Overnight at an amazing Kaskazi camp-FB

Day 4 & 5: Full Day Horse Riding along the Ndutu Plains

A beautiful morning will be accompanied with a refreshing breakfast as you await to embark on a beautiful and breathtaking experience as you ride along the Ndutu plains, depending on the weather you might have more time to spend and exhaust the plains that lead to a late bush lunch and continue with a late riding encountering the famous giraffes, scrubs, Zebras and perhaps predators such as hyenas and jackals also passing Masai herdsmen and their small settlement as you ride for dinner and Overnight at Kaskazi Camp-FB

The Ndutu plains is a seasonal location tucked between the NCAA and Serengeti which allows off-road game drives, perfect for migration viewing. The Great Migration is a perpetual movement of over 1.5 million of wildebeest, zebra, antelope and other migratory wildlife in search of fresh food and water. From January to February, Ndutu is expected have a dense concentration of migratory herds from as it hosts the highly anticipated calving season. With the gathering of the Great Migration along with thousands of baby calves born every day, predators such as lion, cheetah, leopard, and hyena will also follow in a desperate fight for survival. Be alert for the striped hyena, a rare carnivore which prefers the Ndutu area and often spotted at dusk or dawn.

Day 6: Ndutu Plains- Arusha City

After breakfast you will depart from Ndutu plains to Seronera Airstrip, you will continue to experience the greatness of the plains as you move from the southern part towards the central part of Serengeti where you will catch a flight back to Arusha then drive to Kili Villa. Depending on the time of arrival you may wish to continue with activities such as golfing or just relax at the beautiful Hotel before dinner and overnight at Kili Villa-FB

Day 7: Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport

After breakfast you will depart from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will then descend 600m into this magnificent crater for a morning, half-day game drive. The Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, after which you will climb up of the crater. Dinner and overnight shall be at Eileen`s Trees Inn Lodge-FB

The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken ancient volcanic caldera in the world. In 1979 this nearly three-million-year-old area was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The former volcano crater is also considered to be “Africa’s Garden of Eden”, as it is a haven for thousands of wild games, including lions, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, rhinos, Thomson’s gazelles and buffaloes. The crater is among the 8 Natural Wonders of the World.
